If you object to any term or condition of the "TERMS OF USE", any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with ShowMeLocal in any way, your only recourse is to discontinue use of ShowMeLocal immediately.

3. SHOWMELOCAL SERVICE DESCRIPTION

ShowMeLocal provides a collection of unique online and innovative tools for small local businesses to establish a strong presence online. We reserve the right to introduce new and/or modify existing features without notice. We reserve the right to terminate any of the existing features without notice. ShowMeLocal employs online and offline tools and techniques to promote its Services. To use the Services, you should be at least 18 years old and comply with current "Terms Of Use". To access our Services, you must have access to the World Wide Web and appropriate equipment. We are not responsible for any charges or fees required to connect to the website. ShowMeLocal has the right to introduce subscription packages for Services usage and change, revise or terminate any existing ones. We have the right to terminate user accounts and/or business listings without notice.

4. THIRD PARTY CONTENT, SITES, AND SERVICES

Being a registered user of the site (user) and providing third-party content you agree that

  • ShowMeLocal doesn't verify any supplied content.
  • ShowMeLocal cannot be held responsible for any of the content supplied by the user.

ShowMeLocal reserves the right to incorporate your content into the services and technologies that it may develop in the future.

5. REGISTRATION

  • By registering with the site, you agree that ShowMeLocal reserves the right to terminate your password, account, and business information if it is found that you provided false information and/or your actions violate the current agreement.

You understand that all coupons, deals, promotions, blogs, events, and job postings on the site are solely between you and the business providing such content. In no way should you hold ShowMeLocal responsible for the execution of or fulfillment of such promises.

9. COMPLAINTS, SUGGESTIONS, COMPLIMENTS, FEEDBACK, USER RATINGS, RECOMMENDATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN USERS

You understand that all complaints, suggestions, compliments, feedback, user ratings, and recommendations are solely between you and the business that you are communicating with.

10. PREMIUM SERVICES

  • By purchasing premium services, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement to purchase premium services on our platform.

11. PHONE VERIFICATION

  • A valid credit card is required.
  • You are responsible for providing a working, accessible phone number and following instructions to verify it.

12. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

13. ADVERTISEMENT

Please note that ShowMeLocal is running advertisements on the site and you agree that advertisements can appear anywhere on your business pages.

  • Purpose & License: The Tool has been designed to aid businesses in collecting genuine customer reviews.
  • Proper Use: Any attempt to exploit the Tool for collecting fraudulent reviews is strictly prohibited.

16. Business Advice Feature

  • Acceptance of Terms for Business Advice: Your use of the "Business Advice" feature constitutes your agreement to specific terms regarding its use.

  • Definition: As part of ShowMeLocal Plus, you may connect your Google Business Profile (GBP) to manage key information.
  • User Control: You retain full ownership and administrative control of your GBP at all times.

19. SML AGENT

  • You authorize ShowMeLocal to access your GBP using the Google-defined permission scopes.

20. DATA DISTRIBUTION (PARTNER NETWORK)

You authorize ShowMeLocal to distribute your business information through its network of data partners for listing syndication.

21. MARKETING PLATFORMS/AGENCIES/SEO CONSULTANTS

By using our platform, you agree to certain restrictions regarding data collection and submissions.

22. ANTI-SCRAPING, AUTOMATED ACCESS, AND DATA USE

By using ShowMeLocal, you agree not to use automated methods to access data from the site.

23. AUTOINSPIRE

AutoInspire is an AI-powered content generation tool provided as part of ShowMeLocal's services.

24. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
